About the Founder
Hi, I’m Geneva Bass. I’m a disabled, neurodivergent professional who built In Plain Sight because I felt alone on my journey to diagnosis and didn’t know how to carry on in the workplace. With a background in writing and content creation, I’ve always focused on creating clarity and support in complex situations. I started In Plain Sight to share practical tools and stories from lived experience, so others don’t have to feel like they’re figuring it out alone like me.
